Who is this guy?
This may be the question you’re asking. I was still a law student in St. Louis when I first visited Singapore on an exchange program during the second semester of my final year. While in Singapore a most curious thing happened. I fell in love with Asia and miraculously was offered a job as a lawyer in Singapore. I made a decision to follow my heart, moving back to Singapore after taking the bar exam in Boston, Massachusetts. So … this blog began as the story of my life in Singapore … the travels, adventures, and mishaps of life abroad as a foreign legal advisor, Chinese student and dreamer.
However, an even stranger thing happened. I was offered a position in the Ho Chi Minh City branch of my Singaporean law firm, still as a foreign legal advisor. I accepted the position and now am living in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. As such, this blog now narrates the strange and exciting times I’m now having in south Vietnam. It’s hot, damn hot. I hope you enjoy.

I like luv your blog Bernie. I too wish to travel and actually planned on enlisting in the military, then it became applying for OCS, which I may do. I am now in the position to pursue that dream.
